Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  
  

• Certain items are non-returnable. These will also be noted on product pages as final sale.
  
  

How to Return:

   2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items.
      
      

   3. Pack your items securely and affix the provided return label. Please ensure the original packaging is included.
      
      

   4. Ship the return package to the address provided in your return instructions.
      
      

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
  

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  
  

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@bisblue.com. 

Final Sale Items:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged
